Staff could use a training on hospitality! How to make guests welcome? For the rest OK. Nothing more then that.

The hotel is located very near the metro station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. This was a major plus for me as I love to explore on foot and use public transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough, with a double bed and good quality linen. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the basic amenities provided in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered was satisfying and a great way to start the day.
All was in order, nothing to complain about.

Not easy to find because it is inside the Tourist Hotel at same adress!! Clean room, good beds, nice bathroom, good air conditioner, minibar, quit in the night. But overall impression is good to very good. Good for business use because 5 min walk to exhibition center and next to metro station.
Room space.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a stone's throw away from the metro station. This makes it incredibly easy to explore the city and get to all the main attractions. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with good quality linen and a bigger bed which was great for a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.
The noise levels within the hotel could be improved.

The staff were most friendly and helpful. They organized an excellent private sightseeing trip for us with a very good English speaking tour guide, Natalya. She was very good & knowledgable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic - plenty of variety. The staff recommended excellent resturants to us for dinner. I would happily go back there.

This hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape. The first thing that we loved was the spacious room; it had comfortable furniture, a cozy bed, and modern amenities. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also perfect; it was easy to access all the main attractions by public transport, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome and cared for during our stay.
The main downside of this hotel was the lack of soundproofing. The noise from other rooms and the street outside could be heard quite clearly, which was unfortunate as we were hoping for a peaceful escape.

The location was very good. We could walk to the exhibition center. Also the rooms are neat and clean and the room rates were reasonable.
The buffet breakfast was bad. The bread was stale. Also, for vegetarians like me, who do not eat meat, fish or egg, there should be some options in break fast like good bread, mashed/fried potatoes, baked beans and other vegetarian selections.

the hotel is clean and comfortable, it is a little out of town but only 4 stops on the metro from the main square. the metro station is right outside the hotel and only cost 10p for a ride. the english pub at the hotel does good meals at a good price.

The hotel has a convenient location, not in the very city center but easily reachable by public transport. Around the hotel, guests can find restaurants, shops, and markets. the rooms are comfortable and offer good value for money. the hotel offers a laundry service at a very affordable price.
The hotel is not ideal for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise. As mentioned in some reviews, there are noises from various sources, such as roads, metro, corridor, A/C fans.
